Yes, it's just a part of it as Tammy said. My medication has done wonders for me but I still go through regular bouts of feeling moderately down to absolutely horrible but at least now on my pills I am better able to evaluate what's happening and know that it will pass. Where as before I felt like it never would, every single time.

Definitely a rollercoaster ride for me. But I feel best when I'm well rested have been outside exercising and am eating properly. Easy enough to forget

Some days are a lot worse than others. It's important to forgive yourself when you feel very bad.

Instead of immediately going into a negative gear, try cruising in neutral until you feel able to shift gears again. ❤️

Most of the week i can function normally - with real emotions from happy to Ok. The bad days for me are when i am unable to get out of bed, don't want to answer the phone, struggle to make something to eat - then that night don't want to go to bed.
