I would get in touch with mental health. In Canada it is a separate medical resource.

If you haven't already done so. Come right out and ask your Doctor if she knows of a good therapist?? Sometimes they automatically think you have one in mind. It sounds silly but I have experienced it through the years you have to be bold and a bit pushy to get things done and get what you want acompmished for yourself. It is so important that you take care of you. I am sorry I don't live anywhere near you. So I can't recommend any one. I called my mental health facility and ask them if they knew of any good therapists in my area. That's how I found mine. Hope you find a good one and soon. They really help alot.
