Does Anyone Constantly Suffer From A Knot In Their Stomach?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone suffer from breathlessness, chest pains and what feels like a knot in their stomach? I particularly notice this when I'm not straight (for example more noticeable if Im propped up in bed reading or sitting in a chair, whereas I'm fine if I stand up)

I know when I get really really depressed during the day it gets pretty hard for me to breathe. Idk if you're talking about it being associated with mental health or not but if you're having chest pains it never hurts to get it checked out.

I don't have that feeling except when I'm anxious.
