I have totally been there. I let it get too far before getting help. I acted on my thoughts and luckily myself and the baby are okay. I had a long fight to not have kid taken away from me. I regret not getting help sooner and making bad choices.

Sounds like you could have perinatal depression. Please talk to your clinicians about this. It can be devastating, but you're not alone. Many women experience this. Also if you're self-harming, swap your cutting tools for non-toxic textas. Draw on yourself... it's not the same, but it can give you a similar sensation of pressure on the skin without the scarring and pain. I know the pain is part of the process, but it's not going to help you move forward. Please talk to your doctor about all this. It's vital that you get the right help.
