Don't be embarrassed. Vacations can and sometimes do go bad, to some degree or totally. I know how hard it must be to spend a lot of money to go on a vacation and then encounter some kind of problems and end up very frustrated. Even dealing with airlines and airports - even car rentals, etc. can drive a person crazy. I know - I've had these things happen and worse.
