Nevertheless its excriciating to loss loved ones but you lost 3! Omg....i think the best way you can get yourself going is to try to think of just one or two things you are grateful for. I did this for 40 days of Lent and wrote each one in a small notebook. It actually helped. In fact your question reminded me that i should do that again

I'm so sorry for your losses. You said you have bipolar.. I noticed in your treatments it only lists Zoloft. It's possible you need a med change or something to boost it. Talk to your provider, if they don't want to make a change, please get second opinion. Don't worry, grief is a chronic Condition. It may keep you down now but it won't be forever. Take it easy on yourself and get some rest.
