@A MyDepressionTeam Member Hi Leslie, thanks for your question! I am feeling especially depressed today. I have several health issues that are wearing me down. Can't feel happiness if you are in constant pain. And I am in constant pain with my neck issues and now my foot issues. Enough said of that. Other than that I am feeling dismissed by my family. They don't appear to care one way or another. And that hurts...mentally. And here we are in the beginning of a weekend and I have no plans with anyone and that is a recipe for disaster. The weekends bother me the most in regards to being alone all the time. Well that's my answer. Thanks for asking. Annie

Mood seems to be good. Plumbing issues, concern for my wife and her job, and lavk of motivation are affecting me, but I'm using my CBT tools to manage and taking my meds. Hope you have a great day of peace and confidence.
