I went to the local church thinking that it was a community church where all would be accepted. That was not the case. They all were very judgemental, uppity, snobbish abd truly did not care. A few uppity elders set the tone how others would fall in line. I stopped going there.

God works His Good for us when He is ready so make sure you are ready Amen 😇🙏🌹

Then it's time to try someplace else, like a food bank or homeless shelter, an animal shelter, or senior center... Our local United Way keeps a list of agencies needing volunteers, and most of those are literally desperate for caring human beings.

Good for you, Den. If it isn't compassionate, it isn't the Church.

I go to church every time they open the doors. I even went to a different church's candlelight service tonight. There are no connections for me. I try.
