New mental help counselor made error. They don't accept my insurance and feeling hopeless 😪 I have a party to attend tonight and feel like I'm falling apart!

Start by doing whatever grounding technique works for you. From there, take the opportunity tonight to do something for self-care. Tomorrow or even later this evening, do research through your insurance company to find a counselor who will take your insurance.

The Party was nice. My brother's friends introduced my husband and I as friends. I actually felt okay for 1 evening.
And as you can see from my photo, we had a beautiful sunset.
