How do you deal with depression, anxiety and stress all balled up in one big headache without being medicated?

I am having a bad week, too. What I ended up doing is I talked it out with someone. I have some problems with family members who shut me out of their lives, and I am also having some problems with the health care system in my state. Luckily, I had a session with my counselor and I went out for coffee and talked to a friend. For me, talking is the way I can figure things out. I feel better and at least for now, I can deal with life.
