Its called seasonal depression and a lot of people suffer from it. The lack of sunlight and the cold keep people inside and we don't get the sunlight for our bodies to make vitamin D. I know I have it but don't know how to treat it. Hope that helps.
YES!
For me yes which means I have to work extra to survive 😍
I think everyone is over worked this time of the year and the stress of getting things done before companies close for December does contribute to overall stress , and the more stress you have the less serotonin your brain has , so the result is you feel more depressed because of the lack of serotonin and dopamine. I suggest you try and do something you enjoy in your free time and spend time with friends. Just get out of your daily routine and it will make a difference.
This is not my favorite time of the year. Lost my dad in October of 1977 I was only 6, 22 years later I lost my mom a week and a half before Thanksgiving
