I believe like most folks. I take one step at a time. Depression and anxiety will distract me. I wake up anxious. I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth and drink my first bottle of water. Prepare my day with a list. I cook early in the day so it will get done. I walk while talking to friends. I know that I can't nap. It will mess with my night sleep. It goes on.

when im feeling depressed i usually lay down and try to settle my self, knowing that it wount last, when anxiety hits i try to stay busy, i bake or cook a meal for friends and i sometimes will take a gummie that is cbd, and go for a walk that usually works, i try not to give into it.

Faith, be kind to others and know that life will be alright.

I make lists so I can check things off as I accomplish them. Gives me satisfaction when I get something done.

I use lists too. I also add things to my calendar so if we are out and about to take care of things I wont forget. Try to remember baby steps and just one thing at a time.
