Maybe try talking to someone anonymously about issues, just a thought

Maybe it would be a sign of you needing to express any unresolved issues between. Either its amended or finished. One way or another it will help both. As it is said the truth hurts. Suppressing it, will make it very worse than you can imagine.

I have been ghosted by my best friend! This has been going on for a couple years. After many, many tears and discussing this with my family and therapist, I now text old pictures I think she may enjoy and let her know I am here. I am 73. Our moms met when her mom was pregnant with her. While there have been times when distance kept us apart, this is different. I very tried to ask her about the reason but she says nothing is wrong.
