When Does It Ever Get Better?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

Everyone in sobriety says it gets better but when? Sobriety is such a lonely road with only technology and no human connection. Then there’s the mental health part wtf I’m done!

Hi ya, it will get better. My hubby is 20 months sober. Without AA it wasn’t possible, as he’d been through rehab before but no support on the outside. PLEASE find your local AA meeting, find yourself a sponsor. They will give you the human contact and support you need. Even if you can’t get get to a meeting physically there’s always a zoom meeting going on somewhere in the world. Best of luck 🤞
