I have had good luck with ketamine infusions but it’s expensive, so I thought I’d try at home ketamine. I had my first session yesterday and I was very disappointed. The experience was not nearly as intense and my mood only went up a little.
I'm transitioning from Spravato to micro-dosing Ketamine at home next week. I've seen some mood enhancement from 11 months of Spravato, but I no longer have access to transportation (you have to have a driver/companion to drop off and pick up). I'm going to start with joyous.com, but I know I'm going to need the max dosage. If that doesn't work, after a couple months, I'll find a way to join mindbloom.com (though it's expensive, they offer way stronger dosages), or go back to Spravato or hopefully the Ketamine pill or MDMA will be available by then...fingers crossed.
Sidenote: I've been trying micro-dosing psilocybin at home this week (in addition to all my meds and supplements). It has been mildly increasing my mood, but not significant. I only tried it because there would be a gap between my Spravato and Ketamine. Also, I started Auvelity in the past month to accompany Ketamine treatments (it's a dual med that boosts the effects of Ketamine). Unfortunately, a month into that drug and it makes me too dizzy and nauseous (and I'm only on half a dose!).
Wish you all the best!

Peace and love to you, frienf,.

I haven't tried ketamine at all. I just started hearing about it recently.. I'd like to try it, but i don't have a psychiatrist just my primary care physician. I don't think she'd prescribe it.
