I've recently been battling the flu and now showing signs of bronchitis🤦🏻‍♀️ and then started noticing my depression is worsening. Am I the only one who feels this way?

I also feel more depressed. Being sick brings your body and mind down.

In my opinion I believe that physical health and emotional health are connected to one another and being physically ill definitely has an impact on mood /energy.

I get so depressed when I'm sick. I think those come hand in hand. I hate getting sick for that reason. It really brings me down.
