@A MyDepressionTeam Member yea i know its effected a lot of people but things really stayed the same for me besides my anxietygetting worse when i do go anywhere. i hope ypur mental health improves
I am feeling like I don't have much of a life due to the covid-19 pandemic. I am glad that I am back at work. I would like to do more things because my mental health has suffered over the past year.
What about a hospital admission?

Arrange to meet a friend at a coffee shop, even if you direct the conversation to be all about him. I did that and my friend and i spent the whole afternoon talking and laughing and i went in where i felt like i have nothing to say. COVID has had a negative impact on our mental health and increasing our anxiety. There are people out there that we fine until covid now they suffer from anxiety. This covid has taken so much away from us and when we are not under lockdown we need to take advantage of it and get out.
