In my own experience, nightmares ARE a "side effect" and they generally don't go away. I would ask for a med change also. Good luck!

I was on that without nightmares. I would insist on a med change. Sleep is too important.

Jaypers I understand . I hv very vivid realistic nightmares but I attribute it to all the conflict u have within me re various issues but I wud definitely talk to your dr about them . It cud b from your meds . Hope u slept ok last night . If I can’t remember anything it’s a good night for me !! Cathy

Thank you, I hate having them. Put up with them so far because everyone says it's normal, but I'm losing lots of sleep over them now.

I was kind of hoping that the medication would stabilise everything so I could sleep. When you don't it brings the day down and so it goes on. Maybe I'm expecting too much from them.
