I’ve tried all types of pills, you name it. All of them Just kept making me more depressed. It’s been years. I don’t know what else to try.

I was diagnosed with depression when I was 10 or 11 years old and there are different categories for anti depressants and I took a DNA test a few months ago and come to find out the anti depressants I had been taking all along wasn't the category I should have been in. I feel so much better now that I am getting the right anti depressants.

You need natural remedies change eating habits. Everything your body need comes from Mother Nature and minerals. Pills have a lot of side effects. Water is one salt water is best. But if you can't get to a beach take bath add himalayan pink salt let it dosolve sit no more than 20 minutes. Also grounding sunlight give natural vitamin D need 30 minute Sun exposure. B6 B12. Raw ginger to detox all the toxins in you're body or sit in sauna. Sweat that out. Lots of water add cucumber. lime lemon oranges the peelings the white inside has the most nutrients. So many things to do besides pills.
