When I’m in full depression, I can’t eat. If I do I get physical ill. It usually takes about 2-3 days before I eat again.
Do you find that certain things/situations/people/etc. trigger your depression?

I don't have no Regrets, especially when it comes to my Mental Health (Illness), me doing Self Harming (Cutting), because for me it was a CRY 😭😭😭 for HELP & ATTENTION & know later down the line that I needed Help. @ times yes I wanted to Die because I think 🤔💭 (thought 🤔💭) anybody or anyone cared for me, especially my Family & I always thought I wasn't worth Living, but I'm Thankful I pulled through, so that I can be a help to someone else ☺️

Any advice on what to do about negative thoughts that are all you have and agree with, without replacing them with positive thoughts you don’t believe? What if your thoughts have a mean tone but you are friends with them or comfortable with them and don’t argue with them because it’s useless? But you can’t move on while hating yourself, but you do?
