I feel the same daily. It's hard, but we have to keep going. You're not alone, I promise you. I recently started a blog, just to get my feelings out.

Maybe you need a mood stabilizer.I use to cry so much and did not know why most of the time it was interfering with my life for so long. Then my psychologist put me on mood stabilizer and it really worked for me.

Negative self .. is a big problem to carry on anybodies shoulders. Writing a Journal can allow you to visualize those thoughts - Can give you a "big" picture over time - of where some of those thoughts are coming from. When it gets to a point in time where those feelings / emotions are so near the surface that they have you in tears - It is time to get working on getting them talked about and dealt with. Find someone you trust; to voice your thoughts to. Then ask that person - and/or- a mental health professional for help. It is a process .. but things can get so much better once you start the journey of asking for help. Best wishes - Big hug - Sandra
