Guys im sorry im always posting about the same thing but does anyone have problems either controlling food intake or even eating sometimes? For this past week I was eating healthy and I was able not to binge, then I was so stressed out this weekend that I ended up eating way too much and I got so guilty about it. i love quiche you can put anything in one brocoli chese and salmon is one of my favortie sea food nuts i love pistacios in the shells that keeps me from binging on them any nuts in the shell

How about garlic mushrooms. They are tasty . And if you like oranges 🍊 I put them in a blender with ice and pomegranate juice . So refreshing and hydrating . Xx
