If you can understand which drink affects you, then you will be ok.When I was in my 20's I would drink a shot of ? Then I would end up in a situation. Now I don't go out partying.Im married and have a one year old daughter. But it took me 10 years to sort it out.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member I think going back to your psychiatrist is a good idea. If you want to be off your meds they can help you wean off in a safe manner. Good luck. Hoping you feel better after this.

Hey I think it may be to do with a silly decision I made I have been on 200mg sertraline and stupid enough a few weeks ago I thought I'd make a stupid decision and go cold turkey it's really not helped I somehow got it in my head that taken my meds could possibly be making ne worse as I've heard people who have came of them and felt better but obviously not by going cold turkey without weaning myself of them im going to speak to my phychiatrist as I've been avoiding her since I stopped my meds pretty bad idea of mine now im feeling terrible x

@A MyDepressionTeam Member I've only been on this site for a few days and don't always know how I get to different places. So I find myself with you. I've had depression off and on for the last 16 years. I know that the meds I take don't mix with alcohol. It's possible that some of your drugs don't mix with alcohol. Check with your dr.
