I take Ativan every evening. I cant sleep without it now. But it seems to help.

See a doctor would be my advice, if you need it, a doctor will prescribe it, Ativan is a benzodiazepine, usually used for severe anxiety, as a muscle relaxant, only in the most severe of cases, unresponsive to beta blockers, you've also asked about Adderall, Adderall is a stimulant given to patients with ADHD, this leads me to believe you have substance abuse issues, as these drugs are not usually prescribed together, as they effect the therapeutic effectiveness of each other, one causes wakefulness, the other causes sedation, if you have substance abuse issues, I'd suggest you see a doctor, get some help and support, or if I'm wrong I apologise for thinking this, but these are unusual questions for the average person with depression to be asking, if you genuinely feel that you need these as you have an undiagnosed condition, I'd advise you see a Psychiatrist who can make an appropriate diagnosis x

You need to see a doctor. Also please realize that though it may be helpful it is also highly addictive. I took it for over 3 years and when I stopped taking it had multiple seizures. It was very scary. I would not recommend this medication to anyone unless they just needed it for a very short period of time.
