I don't have much experience with Pristiq, but I have previously been on neurocalm for a decent amount of time. It didn't cause me any side effects, but I took it for managing anxiety. Unfortunately I couldn't tell much of a difference to being on or off the suppliment, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you. However if medication is causing you pain it's probably best to talk it over with a doctor for advice and other treatments that may be available.
