Hormones, apparently the culprit here, as well as brain chemicals.
Hi Autumnbrand, thank you so much for the advice. Since I briefly spoke out yesterday, you have been answering and taking the time to respond to me. Thank you so much... It is so appreciated and means a lot to me!!! Xo 😀😀😀
I was diagnosed in 2001 and until 2006 it was a struggle to find the right medication combination and I was also in therapy at that time weekly. Sometimes it just takes time to figure out what will help. Also even though I have had years at a time being stable I still get bouts of depression and anxiety. Sometimes I don't feel like it ever goes away but in reality it always gets better and I just have to be patient when I have an episode. Hang in there and don't give up no matter what!!!
Depression is caused by chemicals in the brain, so I've been told. I have no energy it seems lately cry alot feel useless. Hate it when I feel like this .
The medication takes time to work. Be patient. There are also several changes until the correct combination combination is found. The meds will also make the therapy work better. Give it a chance.
