I read the notes from my meeting with the psychiatrist and now I feel really mentally ill. It seems that the freedom to read notes from the doctor makes me become my illness.

I was childhood onset, pretty bad, and it wasnt diagnosed and treatment started until I was approx 33. History of suicidal thoughts and actions as well as a cutting disorder and extended breaks from reality. What am I looking at?
