Cleaning the house and walking helps me. They help my take my mind off things. Walking helps my clear my mind. I can look at nature and appreciate it and that get's my mind off what bothering me. Of course cleaning takes my mind off things. I just keep busy with that.

I've found that bicycling helps a lot. Problems and bad memories from the past temporarily melt away whole I'm covering some distance and burning off some calories. I've got a biking app and have biked over 500 km. in spring & summer of 2023.
