Its getting harder and harder by the day to distinguish the realities apart. I read the notes from my meeting with the psychiatrist and now I feel really mentally ill. It seems that the freedom to read notes from the doctor makes me become my illness.
Read everyone of them, need to make sure they hear what I am saying!
