Hi ... are you taking it for migraines or depresssion? While I don't like to take any medication I do better when I do! After being on Zoloft for 7 years and doing great until I wasn't. I am now on Lexapro and I have a life again. One day at a time 🥰

@A MyDepressionTeam Member that’s great what you’re doing. Congrats on taking the natural healthier way. I’m sure there’s something out there that is more beneficial. Keep going down that right path. Proud of you. Keep us posted on your success. Hugzz

Completely agree. In my humble opinion I have yet to find a medication that actually works for my depression and anxiety. So I've switched to organic, easy to use, healthy alternatives. I took up running as a sport and I go for a run three times a week. That has helped decrease my depression and anxiety plus it helped me lose weight and find new and interesting pass times. I've run in a couple races and raised significant money for the causes I was supporting. One was animal rescue, the other cancer research. So that made me feel good, that I actually did something beneficial about causes I cared about. So, I'm a big fan of running personally, but I know how much effort that takes and my knees don't like it so I understand pain being a deterrent. So maybe try things like that. I haven't found any supplements that really help. But that doesn't mean they don't exist.
