I was on Quitiapin, Depakot and my weight ballooned, also I had no energy and spent most of my days asleep, but not really sleep, just so exhausted for no reason.

I now have different management of my bipolar, I take 150 my of Sertralin, 2mg of Lorrazipam, 7.5 my zopiclone and I always start the morning of with 100mg of Tramadol, it helps with the chronic pain I have in my joints due to Arthritis.

If you have Schizophrenia then Quitiapin would be the medication recommended, but for bipolar and other types of depression Sertralin is better as it has less side effects.

I don't drink Alcohol at all, I eat healthily on chicken & Brown Rice, Oranges and Bananas.

I do smoke, I roll my own as it's cheaper and roll ups are a far superior smoke, more organic.
