Well I'm new here I'm bipolar And just came off my high and right now hitting the rock bottom of the lows. Only on antidepressants which I need to change. I have a great job been there for 12 years but because of my mental illness and migraines, I have used all my sick days for migraines and many anger outbursts when I'm depressed. I take 200 mg. Of Lamictal.plus 40 mgs of Prozac. I took syprexa. Gained 30lbs. Caused me to become borderline diabetic.
This might not be a question for this site but it really has my anxiety through the roof.
I had blood work done and nurse called and doctor wanted me to come if for repeat and told me to drink lots of water which I did and Lab Corp, the company that does draws the blood, sent me an. e-mail that it was ready to be seen, as usual, so I clicked and signed in and WBC and RBC both had blue flags but also this time it had been sent to pathologist and had a blue flag.

I have pets that require that I get out of bed to care for them. Otherwise, I would just stay in bed.
How do you do it? I just don't care about myself. I know how to care for myself. I'm asking how to care ABOUT myself.
Everything I do is for someone else or because I'm "supposed" to do it but nothing that has to do with my own wants and needs seems important enough to me to prioritize.
I know logically that I'm supposed to care about myself. Care what I eat or how healthy I am but I just...don't.
How do I change this?

Concerns are growing regarding the algorithm used to post members' messages. Some posts are not seen for 20+ hours by their teammates. How are we supposed to give or receive support if we can't see each other's messages?
