Hi My people, I urgently need help I have been suffering from insomnia for years now, my psychiatrist put me on truvalin and increased the dose as I kept on telling her on every visit that my sleep pattern was getting worse my problem with the meds is when I take the meds I wake up very tired to a point where I cant function the next day or have to nap. I listen to white noise on you tube ie: rain storm, winter storm, airplane,noise. It can be relaxing.

How To Deal With Flight Anxiety?

I'm due to fly from UK to Thailand on Tuesday, and am beginning to get really anxious about the long haul flight, the only flight I've ever previously been on, was only 45 minutes, and the closer the time gets the worse my anxiety is becoming, does anyone have any tips on how to get through the long haul flight?
