My official diagnosis is bipolar otherwise unspecified. I don't actually have bipolar disorder, my doctor said it's more emotional dysregulation but for the purposes of the medical aid & treatment they put bipolar. I'm also anemic so I'm on iron supplements

Same happened with me. Extremely nauseated, even had to bring up and lost a lot of weight.
The Trintellix does make me feel nauseous if I let myself get too hungry. I think that’s why I gained weight. I’ve just upped my dose by 10mgs. so I’ll see if the weight goes up even faster. 😉😉
I started Trintellix for my bipolar one about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I was just wondering if anybody else has been on this medication. And how long did it take for it to start working?

Is there any add ons you can take with Trintellix? I need more motivation & energy. Also would like to get rid of brain fog. Otherwise Trintellix works pretty good for my depression.
Gabapentin is a mood stabilizer and has been helpful as an add on with several people I know that their antidepressant just wasn't enough.

I'm on it. At first I got majorly ill from it but got over the first part and it has been working. I still have those days.
When I first started taking the Trintellix I had a scary episode, while driving to work I became very confused and didn't know where I was. That has never happened to me before. Instead of talking to my very bossy psyc nurse I quite the Trintellix by myself. I am looking for alternatives to meds, has anyone had any success with TMS? Im lowering my dose of Effexor and starting Trintellus. Yesterday was throwing up about half an hour to an hour after taking it. Not fun! Just wondering what you took for this until it went away. Cant be throwing up at work.
Yes so far its working really well. Ive just gotten to the full dose this past weekend. I feel really good mood wise but i am tired. I work in an elementary school though do thats normal. Lol.
I'd like to know if you've tried any of the newer antidepressants on the market, and have had success with them.
Am currently taking Cymbalta, it makes me very tired, may switch to something else.

Trintellix and MDD... anyone have experience with taking this medication and found that it was helpful?
I think the trintelix is why I am having at least good hours. But, they want me to go up to 20 mugs, but last time I did that, it seemed to make me worse.
