Buspirone has worked well for me. It takes a little while to get it built up.in your system, but it has a nice calming effect. It doesn't make you feel groggy like benzos do.

im on propranolol or my tremors but it works well for the anxiety as well,

im on seroqual and i find it helps a bit, i use malatonin with my seroqual if im having a restless night
