Have you ever scrolled through your teammates list looking for someone and see people that seem like yesterday were on everday, but when you look it's been over six months, what do you do?

I did an inventory check at the beginning of the year and anyone that hasn't posted in the year I deleted. Will have to do that again in Jan

I know the feeling Lorelle. I used to wait until I had any emails reminding me to check MDT. Now, I automatically check before anything else. You do not need to ask for forgiveness, as we all understand what it can be like. I pray that life will get easier for you eventually. Sending you healing hugs.πŸ’–πŸ’–

Hi all,
I find that when I'm battling and am particularly down I communicate less as I'm trying my utmost to fight my demons and stay sane. I'm feeling quiet down but angry at the same time now and haven't even communicated this to my closest friend. If I hadn't been checking my email and reading my My Depression Team I still wouldn't have been communicating now, please forgive me for being distant now folks 😧

I have found that I dislike this new format... I don't find it very user friendly. It frustrates me, and I find that I am just popping in and out, rather than staying and posting , or giving support....... Not sure how I'm going to fix this , in myself..... I just don't stay long. and it's not that I don't care.. cause I do..... I just find it harder to navigate.
