Dont give up. I was in the same boat as you. I couldnt function and holding down a job was a joke. Also, dont give up on getting disability. You WILL be able to get it. I used the company Binder & Binder. Please call them. They walked me through what to do and there was no money that you have to pay. You dont have to get and pay a lawyer to get your disability. There are companies that will do everything for you and get a percentage at the end of your case. You dont have to pay anything up front. Most of us dont have that luxury anyway. I went through Binder & Binder and ended up getting $35,000 dollars in back pay and won my case because of them. I get my disability checks now every month. Please dont hesitate in calling them. You wont regret it!

If your medications arent working the doctor and you should try something else. Dont stay on something that isnt working. Are you seeing a Primary Doctor or a Psychiatrist? You need to go to a Psychiatrist. For one thing, if your wanting to get on Disability you will have to be seeing a Psychiatrist. Also, a Psychiatrist has been trained to treat Depression, etc. If you want a therapist you would have to get someone else.
