I had no problems when I was taking it twice a day, but the side effects are driving me crazy now that it is 3 times a day. Does it get getter?

Have you ever done something dangerous without noticing you did it?
Do you feel this was due to memory lapses?
Side effect of depression?

I have been having negative thoughts and waking up with heart palpitations I have also been sleeping alot lately I have been self medicating with drugs and alcohol not alot this is to either stop the thoughts or to sleep alot.. I feel supper slow and don't know how to stop this

Has anyone had depression over extreme child abuse when younger that has affected them into adult hood (c PTSD) and now double slaps one causing anxiety. That's me... I hate my life.

Do you find that certain things/situations/people/etc. trigger your depression?
How do you prepare for these situations?
What are your coping mechanisms for these triggers?

I have lost my desire to live. I'm not suicidal, but thoughts of my death sits on my mind like a jack in the box waiting to spring into action
