I have bad anxiety and depression and need a few ideas to help me stay strong been threw alot in since June. I'm staying strong but it's hard to do.

Listen to my music and must have light around me. Talking to someone else who has the same condition really helps as well.

Any kind of exercising should help. A number of chemicals are released from your brain as you exercise. If you keep at it, you usually can actually feel as your mood begins to lift,
