I dont think medication is all it's made up to be. I myself get way more out of researching the things I need help with. I make workbooks an counsel myself. Works pretty good for the most part.

I gave up on meds. I first became depressed and had severe anxiety at 9. By 16 i started meds. I was in and out of hospitals and had meds changed so many times in 35 plus years. Whem i turned 60 i was on so many meds and had heart and liver disease and also survived a stroke. I desided to quit all psychotropic meds. So for 3 years now i have not had them. Im not doing well but just cant find anything that works.

Yes, my meds are working. Would be in bad shape without them!

If not for my antidepressants I would be dead. Need to have the pain management for my arthritis reviewed. It did work well for a few years now.
So yes I believe my meds are working

I'm grateful for that, Parr! Anti-depressants have either neutered me right out or made me homicidal. My best to you!
