Not being a crier doesnt make you cold. You feel the feelings but dont show them.in a way that makes other people comfortable. Some people are just judgemental

I find it hard, but when meds not working, I could cry for england, I get a bottle of wine, and watch a really sad film, just let it flow

I am not a crier either. Its like if I cry you let in and out too much. Its like giving up for me

I'm so sorry. It's in there, it's waiting to be released. You'll find a way. Wishing you releasee some tears. Maybe just take a hot shower and relax. Let the tears off the shower be your tears for now. Wishing you all the best.
