how is this different from DBT Dialictical Behavior Therphy
All rubbish.
I have a question that I would like to get advice on. This may seem silly to everyone but it is very important to me. My primary care physician is very young 38 and very married. I have no problem with this. I would just like to ask him if I can schedule an appointment just to talk with him. I don't want to be referred to a psychiatrist or anything like that. Sadly, therapy isn't treated by a doctor. The doctor is mainly there to do the medical side of things. Since you're on disability, don't you have Medicaid? I believe Medicaid covers therapy.
This morning I awoke but could not move. As if I was paralyzed. Who has had this experience before?

I have a close family friend whom I want to trust to tell my life with Depression. He's also a doctor. I want it to be in confidence and not let it get back to my family. My family doesn't know about my latest psych hospitalization.
Note: This man is the Only one to stand up to my brother and tell him that he likes me and will continue to see me and my husband on a social bases.
I love him like a brother since I was in high school ( 1987).
You can't really trust doctors. Perfect example, they can never guarantee anything. Not without risk their job or even their license to be on line.
I need help... i currently get blackouts when i get emotional nd i can't control it and i am sleep deprived and all the bad feelings are overwhelming i even feel like i have anxiety and that disturbs my work but sadly i cant afford to see a therapist or a doctor so which medication can i use that i can simply get at a pharmacy?

Hi. I suffer from major depression and anxiety and have suicidal thoughts nearly every day and I am wondering if ECT would be right for me. I'm on clonazepam aka klonopin for my anxiety and it seems to work quite well though I know they don't recommend taking it long term. I take a low dose of abilify and take 150mg of Zoloft each morning for my depression and I'm not sure if either 1 is working
