As of right now I am uneployed, I don't even have the energy or want to, to get up and look for a job, I'm barely making it financialy so I can't pay to see anyone, and I have no insurance. Is there anyway I can deal with this on my own?

I use a few apps to help me with mindfulness. I also bought a DBT self help book. There is also an online CBT course you can use for free.
