Has Anyone Experienced “zaps” When Not Withdrawing From Medication?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am on Effexor and Wellbutrin. I used to get them when I was tired but my dr added Seroquel to the mix. Now I’m getting them all the time and I feel them in my upper body (chest area) not just my head. I am also experiencing dyspnea (can’t take a deep breath). I was on anti anxiety meds like Clonazepam but had adverse side effects from two different ones.

Was also on paxil and made me extremely nervous. Saw dr last week and he put me back on citalopram and clonazapam which i had before, no problem. Feel like a different person. Much better.
