Sorry you're all going through this too. I'm in a constant fight or flight state of being, so always tense - jaw clenching is the worst right now. I actually went for a TMJ (mouth massage basically) and holy crap it helped! The aches and pains are our bodies way of saying - yeah you need to look after yourself. It's kind of amazing how the body manifests what we feel. Massage, rest, anti-inflammatory meds and epson salt baths can help.
