I have had on and off series of them since 2003. They are great for my depression and anxiety. Once I did 6 of them and then went 8 years without having to have one but I know when I need them. Some people have mild memory loss but I have been fortunate not to have any loss that didn't come back. Best of luck to your husband. I am here daily if you have any other quesitons.
