I need to add something that will give a motivational boost. I wish there was a med that evenly balanced the neurotransmitters.
Zoloft is a good antidepressant. I have taken it for the last 15 years.
I react with awful side effects to any medication I have tried and am looking into the Fisher Wallace Stimulator to help with anxiety/depression/chronic pain. Does anyone know if anyone has had success with it? I've seen mixed reviews and don't trust their own website to be honest ;)

Was looking through my team and so many I don't see active anymore. Someone said there's a place to go on main page to see if they are still on here, instead of messaging each one. Is that correct and where?
Hi Melissa, I'm not on the streets but, if not for a mission run by a dedicated pastor I would be. I haven't been on the streets since I lost my home in 2020 and I'll continue to trust and pray that… read more
Is there anywhere in here where you can find just your team? I found something that said "my team" or something like it but I don't recognize the people in it and it doesn't have all my people in it.

What I mean is that I have previously responded to several courses of ECT - Over a period of years. Then the last course I needed was unsuccessful - After about 14 sessions the Consultant basically told me that they couldn't do anything else to help me, and I might as well be discharged. I had been in hospital for a few months.
This was some years ago, and I am also trying to find out if there have really been any advances in the way it is administered etc, which might mean that it could be… read more

I work for a food delivery company, delivering restaurant food to customers after they order it. I try to take care of things at home in between the calls for delivery, and have been averaging about 10 or so runs on a… read more
I got a retail job at a store that's not that busy. Even Black Friday last year was manageable. I work evenings so I can sleep in as I have insomnia, even with my meds. I went to a minimum wage… read more
My therapist wants me to think of ways to get out of a depression funk other than the way I've been doing it, which is by self harm.
I try to find one thing I can accomplish each day, however small
So, not suicidal anymore. Hooray. But not leaving house much or taking care of business. Is more better? How do you deal with cost without insurance?
No, your story will not be posted on Facebook. Signing in thru Facebook is just an easier way to do it.
Recently my long term partner broke up with me because they no longer were in love with me. In a conversation they told me two people with depression should probably have never been together. Is this a cop out or is there some truth in this? I always believed because we both suffered at different times we would be the best people to support each other as we really understood what the other was going through.
I suffer from depression and so does my husband so it can work it definitely is not easy but so is every relationship and it does help us in ways because we know what it's like think it may be easier… read more
I haven’t been here a long time and was wondering about how many Team Members we should have or is there a limit or can you have to many?
