A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I know my posts have been too long lately, and I am sorry for that. I just want to help if I can. And, understand what and why I ve been and what I've been through. Even, though I have had mental problems most of my life it really scares me to go through this new kind of depression. Thank you all for listening

If I did not have God in my life, I would not be alive today. he has saved my life many times. You can go to my story ad see what I have been through. I have to completely and totally rely on, depend on , trust & have confidence in God. I cannot do anything without him. I have to pray and talk to God a lot during the day. Reading the bible, reminding myself of God's promises and what he has already done for me and listening to Michael Todd's sermons from the Transformation Church on YouTube has been so encouraging, faith building and strengthening to me. God through him has helped keep me stay on fire for God. You should check him out. It is a non denominational church. I go to church, Sunday School and adult bible study. So I guess my point is if you keep your eyes fixed on him, spiritual things, be around spiritually minded people & have faith, he can produce a miracle in your life. For me helping others like on this site keeps my mind on others and not my own issues. It really does help. It is very fulfilling. Just remember God can get you through anything. He can get you to the right doctor. he can help get you on the right medication. He can help you find the right therapist. God can do things no man can do. He is the most powerful being in the universe. If he could created the universe, he can surely help you with anything. May God wrap his loving, caring, comforting arms around you today. May you feel his presence. God bless you.

yes, we are promised from God that He won't put on us more than we can handle. God didn't promise us a life of roses. I have always been the kind of person that tries to find alitte something good in all that happens. Glad I found this site.
