@A MyDepressionTeam Member I am familiar with Bipolar II.. Is that the last diagnosis that you had - Bipolar II? Cus if it is your not being treated for it. I would think with Bipolar II you'd be on a mood stabilizer, anti-depressants, Anti-psychotic & Lithium. At least.
What i would suggest is going back to the psychiatrist you have the most faith in and requesting treatment.

Did you lookup the symptoms of bipolar II and see if they fit your situation? Or does the symptoms of borderline personality disorder fit? If you go to mayoclinic.org and put in the disorder in the search bar you will get a description of each. I hope this helps you. I don't know that it will but at least you'll be able to see both ballparks.
Good luck.

Let someone know how you feel so they can help you. Talk to someone on this sight. It helps me to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. Sometimes someone has a suggestion that will help, I just need to listen and try the suggestion

Get blood and urine tests done to rule out any medical conditions that may have the same symptoms. Then they maybe able to diagnose you properly. Some medical conditions act like depressive condictions. I had a friend who this happened to, it turned out to be a thyroid condition. Once that was taken care her " depression " went away. This may be what's going on, either way it would be good to know.
