Worry About Everything
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I worry about everything, big or small. Always feeling negative. Has increased in past few months out of nowhere. Anyone else?

I know what you mean with my chronic illness, I am in bed a lot or can't do any physical labor, unless it sends me to the hospital. So, its hard to stay busy like that. Seems like I get tired and its hard to stay busy that way. A lot needs to be done, but just don't have the heart to do it. Then when I go to sleep the thoughts start coming. They are a lot better than they were, but I still have to make myself think about something else.

Me too, Dr told me to keep my mind busy. It helps some, but now I have flu so I can't stay busy.

I take three 1 mg klonipin three times a day and 800 mg of seroquel at night. It is the only way I can deal with my anxiety. I am even afraid to be home alone and that is rough. I hope you get a med change or something that will help you. I hate to know anyone else feels this pain.
